I am having trouble exchanging an item. When I click on exchanges, I am brought to a page that says "Oops, you do not have access to this feature" Halp!

  I called their customer service and they said they are having errors with their new site for exchanges. Take a screen shot of the error and either email them or call them. They will need manually process it. Here is the number i called: 855 740 2626
