Cancelling online.

Just wondering if you all ever thought about letting people cancel or change the frequency of their boxes online. A few times I have called I don't get an answer and its a bit frustrating.  This would be a great option.

  I just used the chat box on bottom right side - and it was super easy to change frequency or cancel if I had chosen to do that. Quick, super friendly and helpful!
