Is there a size chart, and was wondering how this works if you can try it once to see if I I like it or monthly commitment?

  I've been trying to figure that out myself.. 

  I was thinking about looking up the brands that come inside their boxes and check out their sizing on shirts/bottoms on Google, hopefully that will give a general idea of where their sizing is at :) 

   

  But if anyone has their size chart can you please share...? ♥

  I would think It would slightly depend on the brand that you receive
