We’re sorry to see you go! To avoid receiving an additional box, cancellation requests must be received at least 48 hours prior to your billing anniversary.
To find your billing anniversary date, log in to your account and refer to your order history on the left. If you cancel within the 48-hour window, you will receive one more box and your membership will be canceled the following month.
To cancel your membership, please call (855) 740-2626. To protect your privacy and keep your billing information safe, we are unable to process cancellations over email and only process cancellations over the phone.
