How do I cancel my subscription?

    What if I dont want to cancel but just need to skip a month? Is that an option?

    I tried contacting the number twice, got to answering machine, left a message, never receive call back.

    Has anyone else been scammed?  I paid for an order in October and still haven't received anything.  It is now December!

    Has anyone been successful at cancelling a subscription? I've been trying to call and get a voicemail

    I did receive mine, it was a pretty good box.  I  put mine on hold for a few months, but haven't tried to contact them recently.

    I think I used the chat (bottom left of your screen).  They weren't there when I started it, but it sent them a message that they replied to.

    Thank you☺️ They actually called me back! I was a bit skeptical at first because I reviewed other places similar to this and people said that it was hell trying to reach customer service!

    For any order inquiries, please send us an email at: support@yogaclub.zendesk.com. For cancellation/billing inquiries, please call between the hours of 6:00 AM EST and 5:00 PM EST Monday - Friday.

    I've never had an issue with Yoga Club's customer service. I called within business hours and they were more than helpful. They provided alternate options instead of cancelling but were also willing to cancel my membership. There was no battle or anything!...Just amazing customer service.

    I've called 3 times to cancel my membership with no call backs! It's very difficult and time consuming! Think twice before this commitment

    Laura Cunningham - are you calling within business hours? Maybe try sending them an email? Personally, I think you're wasting your time if you're calling outside business hours.

    I'm still trying to cancel my membership. While they were very nice and suggested other options, I really want to cancel it this time. And this time I can't get through the number. I'm hoping that they will call me back soon.

    Here too!! We should be able to cancel online I find this very time consuming and frustrating. If I can sign into my account there should be no problems cancelling there was no problem signing up what's the difference!!

    Use the chat box on bottom right hand side during business hours. Very helpful for everything and friendly too! :)

    My order went through on September 5th and I still have not received my box but my account says it's been fulfilled. Anyone else never receive the box they ordered?

    I received my box today (last week of September) even though it said fulfilled a while ago. I think fulfilled means it has been curated and prepared for shipment. I am SO HAPPY with my outfit! It's perfect and beautiful and worth the money! I don't mind waiting a bit longer for shipping, I'm in Canada though, this is normal for us!!
