How does my stylist know what to put in my box?

Our stylists rely on two key pieces of information to put together the best outfit for you -- your style quiz and outfit feedback!

It's incredibly important that you complete the Style Quiz and keep it up to date. If it's hot all year round, you probably want to mark "dislike" on the outerwear category. If you enjoyed getting tank tops in the summer, but now it's a little chilly, you may want to adjust that preference as well. Just be sure to make any updates at least 72 hours before your billing anniversary date comes up to allow ample time for your stylist to make adjustments.

The recommendation technology that our stylists use to curate your outfit relies heavily on your feedback! After each box you recieve, you'll get an email inviting you to rate the items in your box and the outfit as a whole. This information is critical in helping us avoid items you're not crazy about and trying something else that is more up your alley.
