We aim to get every order right, but we know sometimes we don't always make the perfect match. If you receive an item in your box that you're not totally in love with, we offer a couple ways to exchange it for something better.
Facebook Community Exchange
We have an amazing group of women across North America who are actively trading their items received from YogaClub. You can make trades directly with other YogaClub members on our private Facebook groups that are swirling with activity every day. There are two trading groups, one for the U.S. and one for Canada.
To access these groups, simply log in to your account and from your account page and under the "Order History" section, click the link "Need to Make an Exchange?" From there you'll see the option to access our Facebook groups.
Self-Service Exchange Store
If you wish to exchange your item through YogaClub, you can access our self-service portal where you'll see replacement options based on your style preferences and the item you're exchanging.
There are three options for processing your exchange: YouShip, WeShip, and FastShip.
YouShip (Free - US and Canada) - You provide your own shipping packaging and postage and send your unwanted items back to us within 7 days of confirming your exchange. We also ask that you provide us with a tracking number so we can ensure your items make it back to us safely. Your replacement items will be included in your next box's shipment.
WeShip ($6.95 - US Only) - We provide you with return packaging and postage. You'll receive in your next month's box your replacement items as well as a pink return bag and pre-paid postage. Just ship your unwanted items back to us within 7 days of receiving your replacement and you're good to go!
FastShip ($14.95 - US Only) - We provide you with return packaging and postage and will expedite the shipment of your replacement items. You'll receive a pink return bag and pre-paid postage and all you have to do is pack away your unwanted items and drop it in the mail! You can expect to receive your replacement items and return shipping kit within 5-7 business days of confirming your exchange.
Returns must be received within 7 business days or a restocking fee will be charged of $25 per top and $45 per bottom.
