We always try to make your box perfect on the first try, but sometimes we don’t hit a homerun. That’s why we offer several easy exchange options to ensure you’ll get something you absolutely LOVE! Simply log into your account at www.yogaclub.com and navigate to the Customer Love Center. Select “I would like to make an exchange.” From this page, you’ll be given a couple options.
- Select “U.S. Community Exchange” if you wish to trade your item/s with a YogaClub member in our Facebook Community.
- Choose “Exchange Store” if you’d prefer to exchange your unwanted item in YogaClub’s self-serve Exchange Store. Select the order number that is eligible for an exchange, then follow the following steps.
- Step 1) Select the item you wish to exchange.
- Step 2) Make sure you rate your last box so you can proceed with the exchange.
- Step 3) Choose the type of exchange you’d like to make: exchange for another size or exchange for another style.
- Step 4) Pick out your new piece.
- Step 5) Select how you’d like your exchange to be processed.
- YOUSHIP: Send back your unwanted return and your exchange will be shipped in your next box for free. (U.S. and CA)
- WESHIP: We’ll ship your exchange in your next box and a prepaid shipping label will be sent to you via email. You just cover the cost of shipping — $6.95. (U.S. only)
- FASTSHIP: We’ll ship your exchange and deliver it to you within 4-7 business days and a prepaid shipping label will be sent to you via email. You just cover the cost of shipping & handling — $14.95. (U.S. only)
